Exploring Angkor temple ruins in Siem Reap, Cambodia |
Travel
All of my hobbies are somehow related to the overall
travel umbrella. I have hit most of the destinations in North
America and am slowly branching out to the rest of the World.
Here is a ranking of my favorite travel destinations and other
places that are high on my short list of places yet to be
experienced. |

Lu-gats Restaurant Review
I love all kinds of food and will try just about
anything served in a restaurant. This is my Restaurant Review
Guide with over 2,000 restaurants rated from all over the World. |

Lotus flower in Sri Lanka |
Photography
I've taken over 10,000 photographs with my Nikon 6006,
mostly with a Sigma Aspherical 28-200mm lens. For wider zoom
capabilities, I'll lug my Tamron 70-300mm around. That was before I
discovered the World of Digital Photography and in 4 years, I've gone
through 6 digital cameras and take photos of everything! |

Luxury Hotels in Las Vegas, NV |
Hotels
I'm a sucker for nice decor, plush linens, a fluffy
heavenly bed and attentive service. Here is a ranking of some
of my favorite hotels from around the World. |

8th Annual Ski Trip out West @ Lake Tahoe, CA/NV |
Skiing
Skiing is my favorite recreational sport and the last
few years I've converted to skiing on short ski-boards. At 120
cm, these are a little longer than ski-blades but offer the
flexibility of performing tricks, skiing fast and whipping through
mogul fields. This is a ranking of my favorite ski resorts
across North America. |

Go Yankees! Outside Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, NY |
Sports
I'm a huge New York Yankees and Buffalo Bills fan and
have been since I was a kid. I'll root for the Washington area teams
as well since I now live here (except the Redskins who beat the Bills in the
Superbowl, but then again, who hasn't...) |

Tournament Director software helps track Tournaments |
Poker
Tournaments
I enjoy hosting big poker tournaments twice a year.
Each time I have 2 low-stakes tournaments for $5 and $10 buy-ins that start
at 3pm and 8pm. 6 tables of up to 60 players compete for the prizes
and it's always a good time getting friends together to play for fun and a
few lucky winners walk away with some extra cash! =) |

The server that hosts this website and many others |
Technology
This site is hosted on my home computer through a home network that I've
setup. In addition, I love gadgets and should consider buying a purse
if it were fashionable... |
