Cook Club - Artichokes

February's WaxCookie66 Cook Club's Artichoke theme was held at Fadi's place. Dishes included artichoke mashed potatoes, artichoke hearts in tomato sauce, artichoke and mushroom lasagna, baked chicken with mushroom and artichokes, hot artichoke and tarragon dip, oyster artichoke casserole, ricotta and walnut stuffed artichokes, and risotto with artichoke hearts.
