Cook Club - Californian Cuisine

My first attendance at the WaxCookie66 Cook Club's 3rd meeting held at my place. Californian cuisine was the theme and we had a good variety of dishes ranging from San Francisco style scallop ceviche, California-style chicken, Salmon dip, Peppery greens with gorgonzola & pine nuts, Crab terrine and jicama slaw, Ginger shrimp with carrot couscous, and Southern Californian collard greens.
