Washington DC Dragon Boat Festival 2006

May 20 - 21, 2006 (Georgetown, Washington, DC)
A great sunny weekend for the 5th Annual Washington DC Dragon Boat Festival held on the Potomac River at the Thompson Boathouse. The 2 day event brought teams from along the East Coast and even as far away as Taiwan. I rowed with the OCA-YP Phoenix team and we captured the Gold in the 500m and the Silver in the 250m of the Festival Open A Division. Yay, go Team Phoenix!
