Halong Bay, Vietnam

March 4, 2006 (Halong Bay, Vietnam)
After arriving in Hanoi, Dustin and I booked a trip out to Halong Bay, a 3 hour van-ride away. On the way there, we stopped by the Dai Nghia Humanitarian Center providing crafts work for handicapped children. When we got to Halong Bay, we took a Bien Mo boat out to the islands, had a nice lunch on the boat, stopped by the Dong Thien Cung caves and viewing the natural scenic beauty of the bay. Unfortunaely the weather was overcast but I can see why Halong Bay is regarded as one of the most scenic places in Southeast Asia.
