New Zealand & Sydney, Australia Trip

May 17 - June 2, 2003 (New Zealand & Sydney, Australia & San Francisco, CA)
New Zealand and Sydney, Australia are truly one of the most scenic and beautiful parts of the World. They have become one of my favorite travel destinations of all time. Our group of 4 consisting of Howard, Jen, Diane and Ken, was the perfect travel size for renting a car and driving around on the wrong side of the road in New Zealand. We covered both North and South Islands in 9 days which was extremely rushed but we did get a good flavor for all the scenic beauty that New Zealand has to offer. Ideally, one must spend at least a month to fully enjoy and take in the beauty of this great country. From New Zealand, we hopped a flight over to Sydney and spent a memorable 4 days in what has become one of my favorite cities. There is just so much to see and do, from the scenic harbours to the quaint neighborhoods. From there, I flew to San Francisco and spent a half day with friends before heading back home.
