Holidays in Michigan

December 26-30, 2001 (Troy, MI)
Alvin and I went to see Dad's new home in Troy, MI. He was still unpacking and the place was pretty barren. Perfect excuse for a ping-pong table house-warming (literally) present! We played lots of Pong and Super-Acorns the next several days. Not knowing a soul in Michigan, my friend Don was home for the holidays so he and Stacy met up with us and showed us the Detroit-area nightlife in Royal Oak one night. I went to Detroit to pick up Chris and Ying on a planned layover from Buffalo to Beijing. The FryGuy now has killer Chinese vocab and then some. Please pass the Jamaima Ah-Yi for my pancakes...
